There once was nurse known as Tess,
Who found the need to confess,
That she smoked all day long,
Even though it was wrong,
And it made her life really a mess.

Well many a quit did she start,
and always with the right heart.
But try as she might,
Just kept losing the fight
With Nic she just couldn`t part.

Well she rolled up her sleeves shouting `Enough`
I`m over this s*icide stuff,
Quitting won`t kill me,
It may even heal me,
So I think that I better get tough !

Well, she finally has changed her sad ways,
And she gives God and Blairsville the praise,
She walks tall and proud
And she shouts it out loud !
Look at me, I`ve got 300 days !!!!!!
